Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TrndX Inc (“TrndX,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares (“processes”) personal information when you visit https://sdc.trndx.ai (“TrndX SDC”) or contact us through it.
This policy covers TrndX SDC only. Our main website at https://www.trndx.ai is governed by its own separate privacy policy.
If you have questions, contact us at hello@trndx.ai.
Summary of key points
What we collect. The details you submit through our request form (name, work email, phone number, company, what you need, how many GPUs you need, and any details you share about your workload), and standard technical data your browser sends when it loads our pages, such as your IP address and browser type.
Sensitive information. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through our website. Please avoid submitting sensitive information through our request form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.
Third-party sources. We do not buy or receive information about you from data brokers.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. We do not enable Google's advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization), and we do not use GA4 for remarketing or interest-based advertising. Because GA4 sets cookies, our website shows a cookie banner with two choices, Accept All and Reject All. GA4 cookies are only set if you select Accept All.
How we use it. To respond to your request, understand overall website traffic (only if you consent), keep our website secure, and comply with law.
Sharing. Only with the service providers that host our website, deliver our form submissions, and provide website analytics. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. Email hello@trndx.ai or visit https://www.trndx.ai/contact-us/.
1. What information do we collect?
Information you give us. When you submit our request form, we collect your name, work email address, phone number, company name, what you need (AI Cloud, bare metal GPU nodes, or not sure yet), how many GPUs you need, and any details you share about your workload. Please do not include sensitive information in your submission.
Information collected automatically. When your browser loads our website, it sends standard technical information to the servers that host it. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, the referring URL and the date and time of the request. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, records this in server and security logs to deliver the website and protect it from attacks and abuse.
Information collected with your consent. If you select Accept All in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate trends in how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long you spend on the site, and general (city/region-level) location inferred from your IP address. If you select Reject All, or have not yet made a selection, GA4 cookies are not set and this data is not collected.
We do not use GPS or any device location feature, and we do not collect your precise location.
2. How do we use your information?
We use personal information only to:
- Respond to your request. We use the details you submit through our form to reply to your inquiry about AI Cloud or bare metal GPU infrastructure.
- Understand website traffic, where you consent. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate trends in how our website is used.
- Keep our website secure. We use technical log data to detect, investigate and prevent security incidents and abuse.
- Comply with law. We may use information where needed to meet a legal obligation or protect our legal rights.
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, remarketing, or profiling. At present, we do not use a CRM or sales tool with this form; if that changes, we will update this policy.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
EU and UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on:
- Consent, for the use of Google Analytics, which you provide or withhold through our cookie banner.
- Legitimate interests to respond to inquiries you send us and to keep our website secure, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Steps before a contract, where your inquiry is about entering into an agreement with us.
- Legal obligation, where processing is required by law.
India
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) has been enacted in India, with its provisions coming into force in phases. We intend to comply with the DPDP Act and the rules made thereunder as and when the applicable provisions become effective.
4. When and with whom do we share your information?
We share personal information only with the service providers below. They process it on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it does | Information it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts our website, protects it from attacks | IP address and standard browser request data |
| Web3Forms | Delivers your request form submission to our inbox | Name, work email, phone, company, and the details you provide about your request |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics, GA4) | Provides website analytics, only if you accept cookies in our cookie banner. Google's advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are disabled; we do not use GA4 for remarketing or advertising. | IP address, device/browser data, and pages viewed — only when you accept cookies |
All fonts and scripts on our website are self-hosted and served from our own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or other third-party content networks when you visit.
We may also disclose information:
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, where the recipient is bound by this policy or equivalent protections.
- Where required by law, to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request from public authorities, or protect our rights.
We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the past 12 months, and we do not intend to.
5. Do we use cookies or tracking technologies?
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 uses cookies to do this. Our cookie banner offers two choices: Accept All and Reject All. GA4 cookies are only set if you select Accept All; if you select Reject All, or have not yet made a selection, GA4 cookies are not set and no analytics data is collected for your visit.
Our Google Analytics configuration disables Google's advertising-related signals — specifically ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization — at all times. As a result, we do not use Google Analytics Advertising Features such as Remarketing, Demographics and Interests Reporting, or Google Display Network Impressions Reporting, and Google Analytics data is not used to serve you personalized or remarketing advertisements.
Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to distinguish people from automated bots. It does not identify you or track you across websites, and it expires within 30 minutes.
For more information on Google's privacy practices, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms page.
6. How long do we keep your information?
- Request form submissions and related emails: kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, unless we need them longer for an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation.
- Server and security logs: kept by Cloudflare for the limited period set by its standard retention, and used only for security and operations.
- Google Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics data-retention settings, and only collected where you have consented.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact hello@trndx.ai and we will delete it.
8. What are your privacy rights?
EEA, UK and Switzerland
You may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, helpline 0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
India
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) has been enacted in India, with its provisions coming into force in phases. We intend to comply with the DPDP Act and the rules made thereunder as and when the applicable provisions become effective.

9. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control
Our website does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals, because no uniform standard for them exists. We do not detect Global Privacy Control signals either. You can opt out of Google Analytics directly at any time by selecting “Reject All” in our cookie banner. Because we do not sell or share personal information or run targeted advertising, there is nothing else for these signals to opt you out of.
10. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
Depending on your state, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you the right to know what personal information we process, to access, correct and delete it, to obtain a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for profiling.

Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK data), or on a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where available. Contact us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
